Mr. Mukhtiar Hussain Jadoon

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Mukhtiar Hussain Jadoon is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Think Done Consultants an Industrial Engineering, real estate and educational consultancy firm based in NawabShah Pakistan. Mr. Jadoon is a professional engineer and having more than 7 years of experience in Industrial/telecom industry. He belongs to the well-known business family “Jadoon” engaged in the business of Carpet Textile & Food Industries, Real Estate and spanning more than 6 years as a Director Operation at Zeenat Manufacturers (Pvt) Limited.
Mr. Jadoon is doing M.B.A from University of Nicosia, Cyprus where he was UNICAF Scholar and a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from University of Vaasa, Finland.
M. Jadoon also holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from Sarhad University of Science & Information Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan where he got second position in the batch and awarded by a silver medal.

Mr. Imran Jadoon

Finance Manager

Mr. Imran Jadoon is a Finance Manager reporting to CEO Mr. Mukhtiar Hussain Jadoon. As a FM, Mr. Jadoon is responsible for accounting, business support and analysis at Think Done Consultants. Mr. Jadoon Joined Think Done Consultants in 2014 and he worked closely with company’s senior leadership since his arrival.

Mr. Jadoon has over 4 years of experience building and leading finance team in the local companies in Pakistan as well as in the UAE.
Mr. Jadoon earned a M.B.A in Finance from University of Hazara, Pakistan and a Bachelor degree in Commerce from the same University.

Mr. Shafi Ur Rehman Jadoon

Chairperson

Mr. Shafi Ur Rehman Jadoon is the Chairperson of the company and a big name in the real estate business based in NawabShah. Mr. Jadoon is responsible and taking a key role in all real estate projects, providing technical guidance, overview and managing the delivery of specialized components, working closely with our established network with our clients/customer nationwide to acquire and develop new business opportunities using technical knowledge to identify and realize new client opportunities and to provide technical input into the bidding process leading the technical development of staff, coaching and mentoring on related issues.
Mr. Jadoon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and managing multi-disciplinary projects. Mr. Jadoon big achievement in the real estate projects and one of them is Faqeer Jee Garden City Phase I, II, III & IV the most prestigious and now become the most expensive and developed society in NawabShah . Mr. Jadoon earned a Bachelor of Arts in late 70’s.

Mr. Waseem Jadoon

Marketing & HR Manager

Mr. Waseem Jadoon is a Marketing & HR Manager reporting to CEO Mr. Mukhtiar Hussain Jadoon. As a marketing manager, Mr. Jadoon is responsible for to help the sales team by creating ongoing activities that promote the company and its products and to employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels.
Mr. Jadoon has over 3 years of experience as marketing and HR expert and involved with couple of local companies based in Pakistan.
Mr. Jadoon earned an M.B.A in Marketing & HR from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad and Bachelor degree BBA from the Institute of Business and Technology Karachi Pakistan.
